Reductions in state funding mean big budget cuts for higher ed

A reduction in government funding means big budget cuts for higher education. Ohio University is looking at a minimum of a $15 million budget cut, effective July 1, 2011, resulting in program cuts and less faculty, staff, and campus jobs for students.
